SPIRITUAL CARE AND COUNSELING
Spiritual Companionship and Direction
Life includes seasons of change, loss, discernment, and spiritual questioning that don’t fit neatly into therapy, religion, or self-help. Spiritual direction offers a different kind of space that is rooted in listening, reflection, and attentive presence.
Spiritual care isn’t about fixing or advising, but about noticing what gives life, meaning, or grounding, and how that may be inviting your attention.
I offer grounded spiritual direction with a particular sensitivity to people navigating transitions, ambiguity, grief, vocational discernment, or shifts in belief and identity.
WOMEN’S DIVINITY
Gatherings, Retreats, Wominars
I’ve designed workshops to help women awaken to and reclaim the sacred within their lives. You will learn tools to remove obstacles that prevent you from achieving your goals and dreams and strengthen your connection to the Divine. Each session can be customized to accommodate your schedule needs. They can be done over several weeks or in one weekend, remotely or in-person.
GROUP WORK
Ritual, Transition, and Ceremony
Everyone experiences transitions at various points in their life. This may be a career change, working through a divorce, religious/faith deconstruction, or unresolved/unreleased grief. Together, we create and use rituals to help ease transition.
How I Work
My approach is based in foundations of spiritual direction and chaplaincy traditions that emphasize:
Deep, attentive listening;
Curiosity rather than answers;
Trauma-informed care.
Sessions are typically ongoing and relational, though some people seek direction for a specific season or question.
I work with people from a wide range of religious, spiritual, and spiritual but not religious backgrounds, including those who feel spiritually curious, interfaith, or are between traditions.
